Who owns the platform and the data?
You do. The cloud platform and field data belong to the client.
Servers can be hosted on your own infrastructure or managed by us on your behalf — we agree the hosting model in the project scope.
Do you send engineers to our site?
No resident engineers. Hardware ships from China; local electricians or your technicians install on site.
We handle remote commissioning, configuration, training and after-sales support online.
Do you support white-label / OEM branding?
Yes. We supply the monitoring layer under your brand — branded cloud and dashboards, optional branded web/app, and hardware branding where required.

Can you develop a custom controller for our machines?
Yes. We offer ODM customisation covering controller hardware, firmware, cloud, UI and open APIs.

Which protocols do you support?
In the field and for integration we support RS485/Modbus RTU, LoRa and 4G cellular uplink.
Open APIs include REST, MQTT and Modbus TCP.
What does a typical system include?
A typical open-field package includes solar LoRa soil-monitoring nodes, a multi-parameter agrometeorological station and a field gateway.
Plus a client-owned cloud platform on PC, tablet and phone.
How is the system powered in the field?
Soil nodes and field stations are designed for solar self-power.
That removes the need for extensive field cabling or mains power at remote sensing points.
What warranty do you provide?
One year warranty on the delivered system.
It includes remote diagnostics and firmware support during the warranty period.
How long does delivery take?
Depends on scope. Hardware for a typical monitoring package ships within weeks.
Custom development timelines are quoted together with the NRE proposal.
Where are your systems deployed?
Open-field monitoring is in daily operation in Saudi Arabia via our project partner.
In China we have delivered controllers across 20 greenhouses on an RS485/Modbus RTU bus with 4G cloud uplink.
What certifications do your products have?
Certification support available per project — for example CE when required for a target market.
We do not claim blanket FCC, UL or CE certifications already held on every SKU; compliance is planned within the agreed project scope.
